Worbyn was founded by industrial leaders who spent their careers inside one of the world's most operationally disciplined manufacturing organisations. Between them, they led manufacturing industrialisation programmes, built global supply chains, and transformed loss-making entities into profitable operations recognised for lean excellence.
The founding conviction was straightforward: the enterprise OEMs Worbyn would serve needed Indian manufacturing partners who could operate at the same governance level as global tier-1 suppliers. Most Indian fabricators competed on price. Nobody was competing on systems. Worbyn was built to occupy that space.
