Fiber laser cutting across all six materials. 3000×1500mm capacity. First-off inspection on every setup before any batch proceeds.
Six CNC press brakes with programmatic back-gauge. In-process angle verification. Angular tolerance held across full volume runs.
Three processes, certified operators, documented WPS for every joint type. 100% visual inspection on every weld. 8D RCA on all NCRs.

Every active quality issue at every production stage is on this wall, owned by an individual, tracked to resolution. You do not need to raise a query to know the status of an open issue on your job. It is already visible and being managed.
Structured audit cards checked at every production station, every working day — at team leader, supervisor, and management level. The board shows compliance status across every sector in real time: Green = conforming, Red = NC found and owned, Yellow = planned, Grey = audit not completed, Black = line not running.
Most suppliers can show you a quality manual. Worbyn can show you a Kamishibai board that proves the procedures in that manual are followed every shift. The board does not lie — if an audit was not completed, the card is not green. Every non-conformance is logged and tracked to closure.
