HomeHow We Work
You Always Know
Where Your
Order Stands.

Every stage of working with Worbyn has a defined output, a defined timeline, and a named person accountable for it. No ambiguity. No chasing. No surprises on the day before delivery.

How Worbyn Operates
Four Principles That
Never Change.
01
Engineering Before Commercial

When you send a drawing to Worbyn, the first response is a DFM review — not a price. Material selection, bend radii, tolerances, and features that could create manufacturing risk are assessed and fed back in writing before quoting proceeds. Most fabricators quote the drawing as received. Worbyn tells you what could be improved and why — before you commit to anything.

DFM report issued before every quotation · Written feedback, specific recommendations
02
Defined Outputs at Every Stage

Every stage of working with Worbyn produces a defined, written output — a DFM report, a quotation with quality plan reference, a First Article Inspection Report, a Certificate of Conformance. You always know what you will receive and when. Documentation is assembled before each stage closes — not chased after it has passed.

Written output at every stage · Assembled before delivery, not on request
03
Problems Surface Through the System

Worbyn's Obeya daily management system tracks every active order at every production stage. If a delivery is at risk, the Obeya board flags it — and you are notified at least one week before the committed date, not the day before. Problems that surface through the system are communicated proactively. Problems that reach the customer are the ones the system missed.

Obeya tracking on every order · Proactive risk notification · Not on the day before
04
One Named Contact. Full Ownership.

Every Worbyn customer has a named contact who owns the relationship end-to-end — not a shared inbox, not a rotating team. That person knows your drawings, your quality requirements, your delivery expectations, and when to escalate without being asked. One conversation changes everything. You do not have to repeat context every time you reach out.

Named account contact · Full programme ownership · Single escalation path
Two Ways to Work With Us
Your Scope.
Your Track.

Both tracks are governed by the same quality systems, the same SLAs, and the same named contact. The difference is scope — how much of your supply chain you want Worbyn to manage.

Track 01 — Manufacturing Partner
You Have Your Own Design & Procurement

You supply the drawings and specifications. Worbyn manufactures to them — with documented quality controls, first-off inspection, PFMEA, and a full delivery documentation pack. This is the track for OEMs with established design and supply chain teams who need a precision manufacturer with auditable quality systems.

01Send RFQ + Drawings
02DFM Review & Feedback
03Formal Quotation
04First Article Approval
05Production + Quality Gates
06Delivery + Full Doc Pack
Track 02 — End-to-End DMA Partner
You Want One Partner for the Pipeline

Worbyn manages design, procurement, manufacturing, assembly, and logistics under one governed operation. You define the requirement and the outcome. One contact manages the entire pipeline. This is the track for OEMs who want to reduce supplier count, consolidate accountability, and hand more of their supply chain to a single governed partner.

01Requirement Brief
02Design + DFM
03Procurement + Material Certs
04Manufacturing + Quality Gates
05Assembly + Test + CoC
06Logistics + Full Doc Pack
